Adding Cause Categories
From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the
Home tab
.
In the Setup and Policy section, click
Setup
.
In the System Wide section, click
Cause Category
.
Result:
The Cause Categories window is displayed.
Click
Action > Add
.
Result:
The Cause Categories entry window is displayed.
Enter a name for the new cause category.
Click the
Save
button.
Result:
The new cause category has been added to the cause category list.
