Adding Cause Categories

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the System Wide section, click Cause Category.
    Result: The Cause Categories window is displayed.
  4. Click Action > Add.
    Result: The Cause Categories entry window is displayed.
  1. Enter a name for the new cause category.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new cause category has been added to the cause category list.
